After customers visit or order from your restaurant, they will receive an email asking them to provide feedback about their experience. They will have the ability to rate their experience from A (the best) to F (the worst) on the following criteria:
- Food Quality
- Service
- Value
- Overall Experience
In addition to the ratings above, customers may enter additional comments about their experience. In the event that a customer has a bad experience, you will automatically receive an email and will have the opportunity to reply right from the system and may opt to send a personalized coupon in order to correct the problem.
Customers are encouraged to provide feedback and receive additional reward points for doing so. All of this invaluable feedback is available for viewing within your control panel.
